Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and older. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

• Founding Membership: Additional benefits, including member-only labs, learning sessions, and discounts
• Enterprise & Special Programs: Custom solutions for organizations

3.3 Termination

NAWAIQ reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

4. SMS Communications

4.1 Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from NAWAIQ. These messages may include:

• Transactional Messages: Event reminders, membership updates, and administrative alerts
• Promotional Messages: Newsletters, event promotions, and membership offers (optional)

Message frequency varies. You may receive messages depending on your membership tier and preferences.

4.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. For help, reply "HELP."
