    Role Overview

    What This Role Looks Like.

    We are seeking experienced Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR, and Talent consultants to join us as NAWAIQ Consultants.

    As a NAWAIQ Consultant, you will:

    • Work with NAWAIQ-assigned clients seeking AI and leadership training.
    • Bring NAWAIQ's accredited university-aligned certification programs to clients.
    • Help leaders, teams, and organizations build AI confidence and capability.
    • Strengthen your consulting offerings with nationally recognized programs at accessible, consultant-friendly pricing.

    This consulting role offers commission-based compensation with long-term growth opportunities as NAWAIQ scales nationally.

    Your Work

    What You Will Do.

    • 1Introduce NAWAIQ's certification pathways to corporate leaders, HR teams, DEI offices, and executives.
    • 2Guide organizations in selecting AI, leadership, and workforce readiness programs tailored to their goals.
    • 3Support NAWAIQ clients assigned to you by our team.
    • 4Offer your clients access to accredited university-level training at a lower cost than traditional executive education.
    • 5Maintain trusted relationships and represent NAWAIQ's mission with clarity, care, and credibility.

    Qualifications

    Who We're Looking For.

    5+ years in L&D, Leadership Development, OD, Talent, HR consulting, or executive coaching.

    Experience working with senior leaders and/or C-suite stakeholders.

    Proven ability to consult, diagnose needs, and influence learning decisions.

    Strong communication and facilitation skills.

    Master's degree preferred (OD, HR, Business, IO Psych, Education, Leadership); Bachelor's accepted.

    Commitment to ethical, inclusive, human-centered leadership.

    This is a nationally oriented consulting role with flexibility and independence.

    Compensation

    Commission, Without the Ceiling.

    Commission

    On all corporate training and certification enrollments.
